The “e-CharterPermission Plus” is granted online and refers to the permit that  a Commercial Yacht over 35 meters (NON WOODEN – NON GREEK FLAG) is granted  to either Embark its Passengers In Greece and Disembark them abroad or embark its passengers abroad and disembark them in Greece . There is no limation of how many times a yacht will enter or exit from Greece nor any length of stay within Greek Territory . There is no VAT on this Charter however an Administrative Fee will be Charged .

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE “E-CHARTERPERMISSION PLUS”

• Certificate Of Registry
• Measurement Certificate (Mentioning the LOA) 
• Class or other Statutory Document to prove the material of the yacht 
• Company Details 
• Payment of TEPADACH PLUS (Calculating Formula at the second page) 

FORMALITIES

• After the permit is issued the Yacht will arrive in Greece and will be issued 
• Commercial IMO FAL Convention Declarations from Customs which will follow the 
• Yacht from it entry to Greece till its Exit . Those Documents are available through our 
• Shipping Agency ( info@roditis.co ) and the Yacht needs to be entered at the Single
• Maritime Window and perform declarations to the Safe SeaNet System  
• Fuel Declaration
